Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely.

Card Singles:
• Shipped in penny sleeves. 
• Reinforced packaging for protection and sent in Bubble Mailer
• Optional tracked shipping available

Sealed Products:
• Well-protected, boxed packaging with Bubble wrap and filler paper where required
• Tracking provided on all sealed item orders

Secure from Japan Orders:

• These Orders will be despatched when they arrive in to the UK usually between 24-48 hours of arrival.

• This is a service similar to how pre-orders work, once the order has been placed, you have until we order from Japan to cancel the order, after this period is at our discretion.  

Processing Time:
• Orders placed before 2pm are normally shipped same or next working day. (excluding weekends for now)

Delivery Estimates:
• Tracked Delivery:  Tracked48 Via the Royal Mail - can take up to 48 Hours from despatch to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe (5 working days unless purchased through our secure from Japan option then allow up to 20 working days.), please contact us.

If the product is missing we will then place a claim with the delivery company, only on our compensation will we refund any order for missing product or redelivery of missing product. This is to be agreed upon at time of communication.
