Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely.

Card Singles: Shipped in penny sleeves, reinforced packaging, and bubble mailer. Optional tracked shipping available.

Sealed Products: Well-protected boxed packaging with bubble wrap and filler paper. Tracking provided on all sealed orders.

Secure from Japan Orders: Despatched within 24–48 hours of arrival in the UK. Once we've ordered from Japan, cancellations are at our discretion.

Processing Time: Orders placed before 2pm are normally shipped same or next working day (excluding weekends).

Delivery Estimates: Tracked48 via Royal Mail — up to 48 hours from despatch. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days (or 20 working days for Secure from Japan orders), please contact us. Missing item claims are raised with the carrier first; refunds or redelivery are agreed at time of communication.
